Director of Life
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $100,000 + Monthly Performance Bonus

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Life Insurance Trainer to lead and grow our life insurance division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in insurance operations, sales leadership, and client solutions. You will drive revenue growth, mentor a high-performing team of agents, and ensure that FreedomLife continues to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in life insurance sales, management and leadership.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products, underwriting, and risk assessment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and grow a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM and insurance management tools.
